“In the last 4 months I’ve take the position of Ship Build Delivery Director for T26 and as the saying goes “you never get a second chanced to create a first impression” which I have been significantly impressed from Denholm Industrial. Over the last 4 months we have restructured the build organisation, re-baselined and completed a 7 day safety stand-down to re-set our safety/quality culture and strategy in order to best prepare ourselves going forwards. Denholm’s have played an integral part of this journey demonstrating their appetite and ability to work collaboratively as one team with exemplary behaviours, fully supporting key program objectives with maturity, flexibility and loyalty coupled with a professional approach recognised at all levels – thank you.
