Extensive scope of work on refit of vessel as part of life extension, including scaffolding as well as blast and paint on 72,115m².
The Challenge
Multi-faceted project including:
- Supply, erection, dismantling 3,500 tonnes of scaffolding
- 8,000 crane lifts to move materials
- 30,000m² of environmental containment
DIS Solution
In collaboration with Qlayers, we were the first in the world to use an automated spray robot to apply 30,000m² of holding primer.
Filtered 2,500 tonnes of water from ultra-high-pressure paint removal.
Mobilised a dedicated team of over 300 people in a few weeks.
